Responsibilities:
  • Ability to Classify Mortgage and Real estate Documents based on hierarchy, documents include Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments, Judgments, Release, Satisfaction, Modifications, Partial releases, Lispendens, Foreclosures, Appraisal and Lien Release documents
  • Data Capture from aforesaid documents in accordance with field level and state specific instructions.
  • Research and retrieve the missing information from the documents using the Research tools provided by the client.
  • Ability to identify and understand various types of documents and terminology used in U.S Mortgage and Real Estate industry
  • Process the work in workflow tools as available.
  • Follow the work instruction document/SOP to process all tasks and activities
  • Ensure adherence to QC checklists
  • Seek clarifications from SPE/SME where needed
  • Inform SME/Supervisor in case of updates or changes to process
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks and complete the task before winding up the day

1. Customer Agent - Graduate from a recognised university under 10+2+3 pattern with ONE YEAR experience in Passenger Handling at Airports Candidates possessing IATA DGR licence Category 9 & 10 from DGCA approved institutes will be preferred.
2. Sr.Ramp Services Agent - Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognised by the state government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT - certificate issued from directorate of Vocational education and training of any state government with one year experience in case of welder ) after passing SSC / Equivalent examination with Hindi / English / local language , as one of the subject. Preference will be given to the candidates conversant with the local language. candidate must posses valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence at the time of appearing for Personal Interview ( Learning License / payment receipt of the license and also receipt of Confiscating of license by Police) will not be considered. Experience :- Four years experience in Maintenance and Operation of Ramp Equipment and Ramp Handling procedures at the airport OR Maintenance and Operation of Automobile / Hydraulic Equipment from Automobile / Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre. ( in case of Welder the Four years experience should be over and above the minimum qualification experience i.e total 5 years experience)
