• Management Trainee (Plantation) - 8 Vacancy Posts (2 UR ; 2 BC ; 2 MBC / DNC ; 1 SC ; 1 SCA) - First year stipend Rs.22500 per month ; Second year stipend Rs.25350 per month ; After the training period, candidates will be appointed as Junior Field Officer with IDA Basic Pay 13900 plus allowances - BSc in Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture or MSc in Botany - Age limit UR 25 years ; BC / BCM / MBC / DNC 27 years ; SC / SCA / ST 30 years as on 01.07.2019
