Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Bachelor of Fisheries Science (or)

• Must possess a certificate of successful completion of the full course of Inland (or)
• Marine Fisheries Classes conducted by the Government of India (or)
• Must possess a Diploma in Fisheries Technology and Navigation awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu (or)
• Must possess a Science Degree with Zoology as the main subject

Note: The Qualification prescribed as U.G. Degree should have been obtained in the order

Scheme of Written Test:

• The written test will be objective type online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode exam for all the posts.
• The question paper will be bilingual i.e in English and Hindi.
• It will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions on General English to judge the knowledge of English language, General Awareness, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and/ knowledge of the discipline/trade.
• There will be a total of 140 questions for categories Assistant Manager, Junior Engineer, Public Relation Assistant. Each carrying equal marks.
• There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
• The Paper shall be of 2 hours duration.
