Mode of Selection : Candidates will have to appear for an Online Objective Type Examination with center at Tamil Nadu. Candidates who will cleared Online Exam, they will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview in the order of merit.

Eligibility : Candidates should have following qualities :
1. Be serving or have retired as General Manager or above in any Commercial Bank, with at least one year exposure at that level 

2. Have proven expertise in all commercial banking activities including extended ones like Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.

3. Have exposure to all contemporary banking practices relating to Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Treasury Operations, Information Technology, Productivity and Profitability, HRM and CRM .

4. Have excellent communication skills and proven leadership qualities to lead a team of talented people to take the bank to greater heights.


Salary : Rs. 42 lac per annum with excellent perks.
