Educational Qualifications :
1. For Assistant Epigraphist : Post Graduation Diploma in Archaeology /Epigraphy from the Institute of Archaeology, Archaeological Survey of India.
2. For Scientific Assistant : Bachelor's Degree in Botany/Zoology or Agriculture
Age Limit :
1. For AE post : Max age is 30 years.
2. Scientific Assistant : between 18 yrs to 25 yrs
Pay Scale :
1. For AE posts : Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800 + Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay.
2. For Scientific Assistant : Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,200 + Rs. 2800 Grade Pay.
Selection Process : Selection will be go through Academic Record, Screening Test and Written Proficiency Test.
Examination Fee :
1. General & OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 50/-.
2. Women/Ex-Servicemen/PWD/SC/ST Candidates are not required to pay any fees.
