Department of School Education, Govt of Punjab is going to declare the PSTET Result 2013-14 on PSTET main portal www.tetpunjab.comon 10th January, 2014 (today). Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET 2014 ) Written Examination was held on 28th December at various centre of Punjab. This year, Lac of aspirants have been appeared in PSTET 2014 examination.



Candidates would be able to check the Punjab TET Dec 2014 Results very soon on www.tetpunjab.com . Candidates have to enter their Registration number or roll number to check thePSTET 2014 Result.

SCERT will open the link to check the PSTET 2014 Result for those candidates who have given  PSTET 2014 Paper-I & Paper-II both parts which contained multiple choice Questions.Punjab TET 2014 Results will be made available online only.

The Department of School Education, Government of Punjab has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test(PSTET 2014) to the SCERT, Punjab that is held on 28th Dec, 2013 . PSTET 2014 Examination is conducting for appointing the candidates on Teacher post inPrimary Stage(Class I-V) and Elementary Stage (Class VI-VIII).


Today, Lakh of candidates are appearing in PSTET 2014 Paper-I & Paper-II parts that will be off multiple choice Questions. As Exam will over, candidates will have curiosity to match their answer with PSTET 2014 answer key.


SCERT will issue PSTET 2014 Exam Answer key on its official website www.tetpunjab.com on 30th Dec, 2013 .PSTET answer key and cutoff marks will be available soon on official website of Punjab TET. 


Answer keys shall be made available to the candidates on the website within two days after the conducting the examination, so that the candidates can evaluate themselves. The actual result will be displayed on website as per mentioned dates.

Candidates who scores 60% or more in the PSTET Exam will be considered as PSTET Pass.

State Council of Educational Research & Training, Punjab invites online applications for appearing in Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET 2014). Punjab TET 2014 Examination will be held for appointing the candidates on Teacher post in Primary Stage(Class I-V) and Elementary Stage (Class VI-VIII). Interested Candidates can fill Online application form of PSTET 2014 before 10th December, 2013.

Eligibility Criteria for PSTET 2014 : 

Educational Qualification : 
1. Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage) : Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education .

2. Qualification for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage): Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

PSTET 2014 Exam pattern : Punjab TET 2014 will be conducted in 2 stages i.e Paper I & Paper II .
1. Paper I will be held for candidates who want to become teachers of class I - V .
2. Paper II will be held for Candidates who want to become teachers of class VI - VIII. 


Selection Process : Selection shall be made on the basis of Written examination.


How to Apply : Interested Candidates shall apply online for the PSTET-I or PSTET-II or both at the PSTET main website www.tetpunjab.com .After applying online , candidates have to dispatched the confirmation page in an Envelope of Size 12 x 9 and paste address slip on the envelope superscribing APPLICATION FOR PSTET atPost Box No.1828,Post Office Sector 62, Mohali (Punjab) PIN 160062 through ordinary post only.
