Age Limit - Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 32 years as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification - Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of a recognized Board with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand both in English and Odia.

Selection Process - Candidates will be selected based on performance in written examination/ shorthand test.

Application Fee - Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.100/-.

Pay Scale - Rs.5200/- to Rs.20,200/- with Grade pay of Rs.2400/-.
