A Demand Draft drawn on a nationalized Bank (preferably SBH)  for Rs.18, 000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) drawn in favour of The Registrar, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad to be submitted by candidates.

If, it is found that the admission is granted on false grounds or suppression of facts, the admission will be cancelled at any time during the course and the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution. If selected, the study centre will be allotted at the discretion of the Director (SS), giving due consideration to the choice of the candidate as far as possible. The University is not responsible for postal delay.

Hyderabad, 10 October 2012: Sainik School Korukonda, is well known as Korukonda Sainik School run by a society of which owns 24 Sainik Schools across the country. These schools are administrated by Sainik School Society, Ministry Of Defence, New Delhi.

Korukonda Sainik School Admission notification for 2013-14 is released. Admissions to classes 6th and 9th for 2013-14 will be conducted through an entrance test.
The uniqueness of this school is that, it will prepare the children academically, mentally and physically for entry into the National Defence Academy.

Age Limit & Eligibility for Korukonda Sainik School Admission:
–For Class 6th – Boys should be born between 02 Jul 2002 & 01 Jul 2003.
–For Class 9th – Boys born between 02 Jul 1999 & 01 Jul 2000.
–Students and should have passed class 5th or 8th from a recognized School before admission.

Free Education (Tuition Fees, Clothing Fees and dietary charges only) on Merit-cum-Means basis for Andhra domicile students from economically weaker sections of society and whose parental income is below Rs,2,000/- per month.
Reservation: For S.C. 15%, for S.T. 7.5% and for Defence 25%
Approximate Vacancies Class 6th-65 seats, Class 9th-25 (including all Reservations of State / Other States / Union Territory). In case of non-availability of sufficient candidates in SC/ST Category vacancies, if any, will be filled in by candidates from General Category.
