Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : Candidates must Possess Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree/A Doctorate Degree/Chartered/Cost Accountant/PG Diploma in Management from any recognized
University.


Age Limit : 
1. For Both the post : Between 21 years to 30 years, i.e candidates born not earlier than 01 December 1984 and not later than 30 November 1993 are eligible to apply.
2. For Sr. no. 4 : Between 25 years to 40 years , i.e candidates born not earlier than 01 December 1974 and not later than 30 November 1989 are eligible to apply.


Scheme of Selection : The Selection will be in 3 phases as furnished below :
A. Phase I : Preliminary Examination (On-Line Exam)
Syllabus of Exam :
1. Quantitative Aptitude- 50 marks
2. Test of Reasoning - 50 marks
3. English Language & Computer Awareness : 60 marks
4. General Awareness - 40 marks

B. Phase II : Main Examination (Descriptive)
1. Paper I : General English
2. Paper II : Economic and Social Issues
3. Paper III : Analytical Paper on Development, Statistics, Finance & Management
C. Phase III : Interview


Emoluments :
1. For Astt. Manager : Rs. 40,562/- per month
2. For Manager : Rs. 50,669/- per month
