Eligibility Criteria for Trichy Customs Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

1. Engineer­mate - Essential:- (i) Holder of engine driver of Fishing vessel Certificate issued by MMD. (ii) X Class or equivalent. (iii) 5 years sea experience. Desirable:- (i) l.T.l. Diesel Mechanic certificate. (ii) Certificate of safety and survival at sea/ fire fighting/ first aid  

2. Skipper­mate - Essential:- (i) Holder of 2nd Hand of Fishing vessel Certificate by MMD. (ii) X Class or equivalent. (iii) 5 years sea experience. Desirable Certificate of safety and survival at sea/ fire fighting,/ first aid.  

3. Seaman - (i) X Class Pass or equivalent (ii)Three years experience in mechanized vessel with two helmsman and seamanship work. Desirable:- Certificate of competency as fishing vessel" issued by Mercantile Department.

4. Greaser - Essential:- (i) X Class pass or equivalent (ii)Three years experience in sea going mechanized vessel on main and auxiliary machinery maintenance. Desirable:- Certificate of competency as "Engine Driver of fishing vessel" issued by Marine Mercantile Department.

5. Launch Mechanic - Essential:- (a) Eighth Standard Pass. (b) 5 years Service on Sea going vessel with one year independent charge of engine and auxiliary machinery. Desirable:- (a) Certificate of competency for inland Driver Class -II. (b) Certificate of Service. (c ) Matriculation or equivalent.

 

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Post 1, 2, 5 - 18 to 30 Years), (For Post 3, 4 - 18 to 25 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. How to Apply for BHEL Trichy Application Form:  

Candidates satisfying the above eligibility conditions Use Following Procedure Given Below to Apply Online:

STEP 1: Candidates should register themselves for apprenticeship in Government of India Apprenticeship portal (www.apprenticeship.gov.in). Candidate should select "Establishment Search" under Establishment menu in the above site and select "Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Trichy" for undergoing apprenticeship training with BHEL. Registering in the Apprenticeship portal is compulsory and if the candidate fails to select "Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Trichy" for undergoing apprenticeship training, their applications will not be processed further.

STEP 2: Candidates should also submit their application to BHEL, Trichy through www.bheltry.co.in portal for undergoing apprenticeship training. Candidates are advised to read all instructions given in the link before submitting their applications and take a print out of the application from the online system after submission of the application. The print out of submitted application should be produced at the time of verification.
