Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, Geology and Water Resources Division & Geo-Informatics Division has uploaded latest job notification on its official website undermentioned about the recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF),  Research Fellow (RF) & Field Assistant Posts on contractual basis.


Interested Candidates can attend the walk in Interviewon 13th and 16th December, 2013 for some posts and also send their application form before 20th December, 2013. Complete detailed are mentioned below .

Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit : Candidates age limit shall not exceed 35 years as on date of Interview.


Educational Qualification : 
1. For post no. 4 :  Master’s Degree/ M.Sc in relevant disciplines 
2. For post no. 2, 5 : Graduation
3. For remaining post : Matric along with knowledge in Punjabi.


Fixed Salary:
1. Research Fellow - Rs.16000/- PM + HRA 
2. Junior Research Fellow - Rs.12000/- PM + HRA 
3. Field Assistant - Rs.6000/- PM


Selection Process : Selection shall be made on the basis of practical /written test and Interview.


Application Fee : 
1. For RF post : Rs. 800/-.
2. For JRF post : Rs. 600/-.
3. For FA post : Rs. 300/-.


How to Apply : 
1. For Category A & B : Candidates have to attend the Interview with prescribed application form , certificates , testimonials and supporting documents in response to qualifications and experience, dd on 13th and 16th December, 2013.
2. For Category C : Candidates have to send their applications in the prescribed format to the Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre , PAU Campus Ludhiana on or before 20-12-2013.

Date & Time of Interview for Category B : 16-12-2013 at 11.00 A.M.
