DMRC Recruitment 2016- Manager/Engineer Online form

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has recently published an employment notification for filling up 114 vacant seats of Assistant Manager & JR. Engineer positions on Contract Basis for its Consultancy Wing for a period of 4(Four) years. Interested Candidates may fill On-line Application form on or before 27th June, 2016. Candidates can be posted anywhere outside Delhi /NCR like Nagpur, Pune, Lucknow, Vijayawada, Kochi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, etc. More detailed information are mentioned below.

Educational Qualification :

Assistant Manager	GATE qualified candidates for the year 2015 or 2016. Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics) from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, with a valid GATE Score in 2014 or 2015 Knowledge of speaking and writing of English is required.
Junior Engineer	Three years Diploma in electrical, electronics Engineering from recognized Institutes or equivalent. Knowledge of speaking and writing of English is required

Age Limits: The age limits of contestants should be residing in between 18 to 28 years as on 01.01.2016.  Upper Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates (of central list).

Selection Process:
• The selection methodology for Assistant Manager (Civil) - will comprise of a three-stage process Written Test (two papers), Group Discussion and Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination in the respective category. 
• The selection methodology for Junior Engineer (Civil) - will comprise of a two-stage process Written Test (two papers),and Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination in the respective category.


Application Fee:
• UR & OBC (including Ex-servicemen) candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs.400/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax).
• SC/ST candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.150/- (for processing fee only, inclusive of bank charges plus service tax). 
• Application fee including Bank transaction charges once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.

How to Apply : 
1. Candidates are required to apply on-line through website www.delhimetrorail.com only. No other means/mode of application will be accepted
2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/ her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person.
3. Candidates are first to require to go the DMRC‟s website www.delhimetrorail.com and click on the link “Career”
4. Thereafter, he/she may open the recruitment notification titles “DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2016 (86)”
5. He/she should thoroughly go through the vacancy notification first to let him/her know the eligibility, age criteria etc.
6. Candidates are required to click the link “generation of the BANK CHALLAN” (fee payment voucher) and enter necessary details like Name, Date of birth, Mobile no and Amount.
7. A Bank Challan with Bank Reference Number (the reference number will be unique) will be generated. 
8. The Bank Challan will be generated only up to 27/06/2016 (upto 23.59 hrs) from the date of issue of advertisement.
9. Submit the fee amount as per the instructions and then proceed.
10. Candidates will be ready to apply on-line, only after a minimum of two working dates of depositing the fee in the bank, by re-visiting the career link.
11. Start fill the on-line application form, select the post applied for and fill in the requisite details in the on-line application format
12. There will be a pre-view of the application filled in by the candidates before submitting the application, so that it can be edited. After submission of the application, no modification will be permitted.
13. Candidates will have to upload scanned copy of GATE-2015 or 2016 Score card, passport colour photo, signature scan copy, prescribed qualification/Marksheet, OBC/SC/ST certificates. The size of these scanned copies should be within 100kb and in pdf files only.
14. Once you submit your application, the system will generate a unique Registration No. and generate a Registration Slip, which will have unique Registration number your basic details like name, category and post applied for. Note down it and save for further references.
