2. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 13 Posts
3. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 01 Post
Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not crossed the age of 38 years as on 01.01.2013.
Educational Qualification :
1. For post no. 1 & 2 : BE degree in concerned discipline.
2. For post no. 3 : Graduate in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical engg.
Selection Process : Selection shall be made on the basis of candidates performance in written test and Interview.
Application Fee :
1. Candidtaes need to pay the Treasury challan of Rs. 5/-
2. SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs 2.50/- only.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to obtain the application form from the concerned office. Fill the application form in all respects and along with self attested photocopies of certificates / mark sheet and caste certificates/registration certificate/experience certificate send it to "Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission".

Age Limit - Candidates age must be in between 21 to 38 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be extended as per govt rules.
Educational Qualification - candidate must hold a Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be Deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess such qualification as may be declared equivalent by the
Government.
Selection Process - Eligible Candidates Will be Selected on The Basis Performance in Written Test & Interview.
Application Fee - Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.50/- ( Rs.25/- for SC/ ST) deposited only through e-Challan with State Bank of India.
