Eligibility Conditions : 

Age Limit : Candidates who are going to apply must be ensure that their age lies between the age group of 18 years to 27 years. Date for Determining age limit is 22nd September, 2014. 


Educational Qualification : 
1. For Sr. no. 1 : Must have passed 12th Standard or 12th class pass from recognized University/ Board of School Education Board of Secondary Education with English as a compulsory subject (excluding vocational streams), Should have studied local language of the State or Union Territory of Tamil Nadu Postal Circle or Hindi as a subject at least in Matriculation or equivalent
2. For Sr no. 2 : Class 10th pass is required.
3. For Sr. No.3 : Class 10th pass or ITI or equivalent.



Pay Scale : 
1. For Postal Assistant : Rs. 5200 to 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 24,00/-
2. For MTS : Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,200 + Grade pay Rs. 1800 + admissible allowances.
3. For Postman : Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,00 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000 + admissible allowance.


Selection Process : Candidates will be appointed on the desiring post only on the basis of Fitness Trials.


Application Fee : Candidates are required to remit the amount of Rs. 100 in any of the computerized post offices .
