Educational Qualification : Candidates should have completed First class Graduate OR Post graduate (Except Arts)/ Inter CA/ CA/ MBA/ MCA/ LLB with 05 years experience in relevant field for Sr. Executive, First Class Graduate (Except Arts) OR M.Com/ LLB/ MBA/ MCA with 02 years experience in any CO-Operative bank .


Age Limit :  Candidates should not crossed the age of 35 years.


Desired Profile :
* Should be able to handle a team of 8 to 10 employees.
* Should know English, Hindi, Gujarati (Read & Write both)
* Should have good command over local language.
* Open for field job.
* Should be flexible as per location concerned.

Job Description :
* Responsible for overall business.
* Monitoring coordinators,servicing 4000-5000 self employed women.
* Managing the branch & field operations of the branch which requires strong process management as per field operations manual.
