Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit :
1. For Sr. no. 1 to 2 : Age should be between 21 years to 35 years.
2. For Sr. no. 3 : Above 21 years but below 28 years.
3. For Sr. no. 4 ,5 & 7 : Between 21 years to 30 years.
4. For Sr. no. 6 : between 25 years to 40 years.
Educational Qualification :
1. For post no. 2 to 9 : Must possess Bachelor's degree from any
University.
2. For Sr. no. 4 : B.E/B.Tech degree in the field of Mechanical
Engineering from any University.
3. For Sr. no. 7 : B.E/ B.Tech degree in Printing Technology,
with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate, from any University/
Institute recognized by the Govt of India.
Selection Process : Selection will be through on-line test and/or interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitles a candidate to be called for Test or Interview.
The on-line test shall comprise of the following tests :
1. Reasoning : 50 marks
2. English Language : 25 marks
3. Quantitative Aptitude : 50 marks
4. Professional Knowledge : 75 marks
Application Fee :
1. General/OBC/EXSM Candidates need to pay Rs. 400/-.
2. SC/ ST/ PWD category Candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- only.
Pay Scale :
1. For Company Secretary : Rs. 25,700 to Rs. 35,100/- per month
2. For Manager : Rs. 19,400 to Rs. 28,100/-.
3. For Officer : Rs. 14,500 to Rs. 25,700/-
