Educational Qualification & Experience:
Principal Project Management Consultant ->
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any stream, preferably in Engineering.
2) Should have a Full Time Post Graduate Management Qualification from reputed institute.
3) Should have a certification and subsequent credit earnings in Project / Program Management from a Global Certification Body of Project Management Professionals.
4) Should have a 12 + Years’ solid experience in large Project Management with Minimum 8 years’ experience in managerial capacity for projects not below the size 100 million.
Project Management Consultant ->
1) B.E/ B.Tech in any stream or any Graduate with a full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management.
2) 8 + years of solid project management experience with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross -functional environment out of which 5 + years of Managerial role in handling multiple projects together under a program.
3) Should have a certification in Project / Program Management from a Global Certification Body of Project Management
Professionals.
Educator/ PM Trainer ->
1) Excellent communication (mainly verbal) skills.
2) Must be able to connect with the practitioners on their needs and challenges.
3) Good knowledge about Project Management Standards, global best practices and its tools and techniques.
4) Must be able to meet the exact training requirements of the practitioners or team members of a PMO.
5) Must have experience in training need analysis and developing courses and case studies.
6) A certification in Project / Program Management from a Global Certification Body of Project Management Professionals
