• Taking care of customer complaints and addressing with the technical assistance
• Taking care of Service promotional activities
• Training for the service advisors, technicians, managers etc
• CSI and Dealer Evaluations
• Improving the customer retention
• BE/ B.Tech (1-4 Years); Diploma (5-8 Years)
