Roles & Responsibilities: As a Software Test Engineer/ Trainee, you will test the software for elevator and escalator in LAB environment.

• Identify, procure and Built Test environments for software testing
• To test Elevator and Escalator control system software
• Execute test suites and report defects using KONE standard tools for SW testing.
• Analyze the findings & root cause together with SW developers.
• Coordination and execution of test activities with cross functional teams
• Generate test reports and set-up reviews with manager
• Strong interest towards quality assurance
• Maintain and upgrade Lab equipment and environments
• Effective way of using test equipment and tools
• Practical approach to work in embedded testing environment
• Initiate corrective or preventive actions when appropriate

Age Limit - Candidates age should be not more than 25 years as on 30.06.2014. Age Relaxations will be extended as per govt rules.

Educational Qualifications - Candidates should be possess Degree examinations and awarded Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant disciplines. All the qualifications should be full time regular course/s from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University. The courses offered by Autonomous Institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.

Selection Process - Candidates would be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion/ Group Task and /or Personal Interview based on their marks (Out of 100) in the EE paper of GATE – 2014.
