Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years and 30 years of age as on 17/03/2014. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category shall be applicable as per rules.


Educational Qualifications :

5.	Physiotherapist (Trainee)	Diploma in Physiotherapy from Government recognized Institute (minimum 03 years course).
6.	Technician (Dietician)	Recognized Diploma in Dietics.
7.	Technician (Audiometry)	Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Audiometry from Government recognized Institute plus 3 years experience in recognized Govt. Institute/Govt. Hospitals.
8.	Technician (Refraction /Optometry)	Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Refraction/ Optometry from Government recognized institute /Government Hospital plus 3 years experience
9.	Technician (Dental)	Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Dentistry/Dental Technology from Government recognized institute plus 3 years experience

Application Fee : 
1. General and OBC Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/-.
2. SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/Physically Handicapped Candidates are not exempted from payment of Application fees.


Selection Fee : Candidates will have to appear for Written test.
The candidates short listed in the written test only will be eligible to appear for interview.
