SELECTION NOTIFICATION
It is notified that on the basis of the results of the Written Test held on 06/01/2013 FN & AN and 07/01/2013 FN and Oral ‘Test (Interviews) held from 20/05/2013 to 04/06/2013 and from 18/07/2013 to 01/08/2013 and on 08/08/2013 for recruitment to the post of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges in A.P. Technical Education Service, vide Notification No.19/2012, the candidates whose Register Numbers are given below have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges in A.P. Technical Education Service notified under General Recruitment vide Commission’s Notification No.19/2012 subject to the following conditions.


1) that success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his / her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service


2) that the candidates are found physically fit for the post;


3) that the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be required in accordance with the Rules.

With regard to the Other Subjects, the selection is kept pending, subject to the receipt of clarification from the Concerned Authorities. The selection of these subjects will be announced later. If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of any candidate then his / her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he / she will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the various provisions as notified in Notification No.19/2012.


The selection of candidates belonging to BC-E group will be subject to adjudications of the litigation pending before Hon’ble Courts and subject to amendments of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules.


The selection is subject to the outcome of W.P.No. 9771 of 2013 on the file of Hon’ble High Court of A.P. With this Notification of selection, the General Recruitment process notified vide Notification No.19/2012 for the post of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges in A.P. Technical Education Service has been finally concluded, and the same is hereby notified to all concerned.
