Job Description:
We are seeking a resource in our Technical Support team .You will be reporting to the manager in Pune
What will your Job be:
- Execute Tech support responsibilities: End to End ownership of customer request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction via Online tool, Phone, Communities & Chat tool
- Assist customer to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Determine source of the problem (Product based, installation, Access, Platform Administration) and suggest/perform bypass methodologies wherever applicable
- Timely deliver answers /solutions including validating all code corrections against customer scenarios
- Participate in customer calls, on demand, to convey technical expertise and deliver enhanced value & satisfaction
- Execute Prevent services dedicated to improve user’s 3DEXPERIENCE On Cloud Platform usage
- May require working in shifts on rotation basis (6am-3pm/2pm-11pm)
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and any of the Brand applications such as ENOVIA / CATIA / SIMULIA
- Should have Good Communication Skills (Verbal as well as Written)
- Willingness to learn on the go
- PLM knowledge – added advantage
- Good CAD & Geometry Knowledge
