Gujarat High Court filters the applicant with the help of Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test). Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the Main Written Examination & Viva-Voce (Oral) Test.

Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a University recognized by law in India/ B. Degree of 03 Years’ Course or 05 Years’ Course from the recognized University
Production of Bond:
- He/ She are required to execute a ‘Bond’ for a minimum period of three years.
Age Limit:
- He/ She should not cross 35 years for General Categories & 38 years for Other Categories .
Selection Process:
- Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test)
- Main Written Examination
- Oral Test
Application Fee:
- Charge of Rs. 1000 + Bank Charge Rs. 500 (In Total, Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred Only) will be applicable for General Category.
- ST, ST, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Physically Disabled Persons and Ex-Servicemen Categories are required to pay only the Bank Charge fee.
