Job Responsibilities:
Assumes responsibility for design, development, and or problem solving related to complex and diverse products, major subsystems and or components ensuring they meet objectives and the needs of our customers. Responsibilities include product/subsystem: design and development, validation and verification, performance, testing, durability, safety, manufacturability, cost, serviceability: timely completion of project; adherence to specifications and schedules with respect to areas of responsibilities. Complex projects may be directed or coordinated by a senior engineer or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Pro-e primary and UG NX at basic level
  • Wind Chill & Creo
  • Design knowledge in plastics, Metal and electrical wiring. Knowledge in mech torque a real bonus.
  • But must understand tolerancing stack up RSS, RMS, DFM, DFA, Kinematics a must
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Good understanding of the product development cycle
  • Knowledge in technical areas to include static’s, dynamics, kinematics, fluid dynamics, strength or materials and material science
  • Knowledge of common manufacturing processes
  • Ability to design and develop complex and diversified products which require a high degree of problem solving and creative thinking
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
