Job Description: Install & configure applications including CR upgrades and provide second-level application support to customers through configuration-level changes

Support:
- Log customer queries, complaints and requests in CRM Next
- Answer queries using FAQs and investigation
- Monitor system where required (as in critical fault situations, post-implementation, migration)
- Make configuration change or apply patch to meet customer requirements or resolve complaints 5 . Update and close case status in CRM Next
- Create stepwise detailed documentation for planned activities (e.g. Setup preparation, IN addition etc.) and it reviewed by senior support members.
- Ensuring the closer of cases with in defined SLA.
