Responsibilities:Job Description Develop and Maintain MPDs to support the assembly plants globally for flawless builds and launches.
  • Develop MPDs as defined by the global MPD standards
  • Communicate engineering issues to DREs
  • seeking DE & ME approval for the MPDs
  • Maintain/Create MPDs based on the EWOs
  • Complete EWOs within the stipulated time as agreed with customer
  • Maintain the E2 inbox as per the MPD timelines
  • Perform issue resolution and provide updated MPD within 2 days for all the customer issues reported
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for all the customer issues reported and for the selected internal issues
  • Communicate with the regional counterparts / DREs in cases of clarifications
  • Send weekly progress report to customer
  • Focus on continuous improvement
