Essential Qualification:

Job seekers who have done 10^th or 12^th from a well knows board / institute and having knowledge to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed Odia as one of the subjects in the High School Certificate Examination or an examination in Odia Language equivalent to M.E standard are elegible to apply.

Age Limit:

Appliers age must be above of 18 years and not more than 23 years as on 1^st January 2015. Upper age limit is relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the govt norms.
