Educational Qualification : Candidates should have completed DM in relevant speciality for post no. I-1 to 3 , M.Ch in relevant speciality for post no. I-4, MD/ MDS in relevant speciality for post II with relevant experience.


Selection Process : Eligible Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in academic career & viva voce test.


Application Fee : Contenders need to pay Rs. 200 through on-line payment gateway. SC/ST/PWD contenders are exempted from payment of application fee.


How to Apply : Interested Candidates would be required to fill on-line application form through the website. After form submission , send hard copy of signed on-line application along with self attested copies of all relevant documents through registered post/ speed post to the following address :
