• (i)  Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Computer Applications / Management (BA / BSc / BCom / BCA  / BBA)
• OR
• (i)  Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice with one year stenographer experience
• AND
• (ii)  English Stenographer 80 words per minute (wpm) with computer application skill.
• Stenographer - 4 Posts - Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 2400 in Pay Band I category - Age 26 years
• (i)  Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Computer Applications / Management (BA / BSc / BCom / BCA  / BBA)
• OR
• (i)  Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice with one year stenographer experience
