Assam Police invites Online Applications from Indian nationals to fill up the 373 vacancies of Sub Inspector and Assistant Jailor posts. Age Limit : Contenders must belong to the age group of 20 years to 24 years as on 01st July, 2015 for SI post. 
Candidate should not be more than 38 years and less than 21 years of age for Jailor post.


Educational Qualification : 
1. For Sub Inspector : Graduation in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent stream is the required qualification.
2. For Asstt. Jailor : Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce of recognized University.


Selection Process : The Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Personality test/Interview.
