National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) has invited online application form for filling up the various MO/Pharmacist/Worker Job vacancies through the NRHM Recruitment 2015–2016 notification. Eligible candidates can apply online on or before 30th November 2015.

Age Limit:
Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 45 years and 65 years for the retired applicants. Upper age relaxations will be applicable as per the government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have done minimum qualification as given in the below table:

Application Fee:
Applicants have to pay Rs. 200/- (for General and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC) through demand draft.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through the organized Interview by the organization.
How To Apply:
- All Eligible and Interested candidates may download application through official website www.nrhmorissa.gov.in
- On left side of home page, hit on “Job Vacancies” option and select “Performa for various posts to be filled under NHM (RNTCP)” link, to download the application form.
- After filling the application, candidate must send hard copy of application along with two color passport size photographs, all the certificates/ mark sheets in support of essential and desirable qualifications, in the envelope should be superscribed with name of the post applied for, self-addressed duly stamped envelope To Chief Medical Officer of respective district which is given in below mentioned official notification on or before the 30th November 2015.
