Bihar Staff Selection Commission invites On-line Applications from Indian nationals for filling the 123 vacancies of Fishing Spread Officer andSupervisor Posts. Interested Candidates may apply online from 26th November, 2014 to 25th December, 2014. Further detailed information is mentioned below.

1. Fishing Spread Officer : 62 
2. Fishing Spread Supervisor : 61


Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : candidates applying for above mentioned post must have completed Degree in Fisheries Science/ Central Institute of fisheries Education for Officer post and
must have done B.Sc Industrial Fisheries (Honors) with 01 year
Post Graduation Diploma in Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute Mumbai for Supervisor post.


Age Limit : Male Candidates must belong to the age group of 21 years to 37 years and Female Candidates age should lie between 21 years to 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per govt norms.


Selection Process : The Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written test and Interview.


Pay Scale : 
1. For post no. 1 : Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-.
2. For post no. 2 : Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-.


Application Fee : 
1. General/OBC/EBC Contenders are urged to pay Rs. 375/-.
2. SC/ST Contenders are required to pay Rs. 100/-.


How to Apply : Interested Candidates would be required to fill Online Application form through the website www.bssc.bih.nic.in . The facility for form submission is available from 26th November, 2014.
