National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Chandigarh, Extension Centre, Shimla invites Applications in prescribed format for filling the 90 vacancies of Computer Operator, Customer Support Persons, Data Entry Operator (DEO), Technical Support Persons and Assistant Programmer vacancies on contract basis for various project in H.P. Interested Candidates must attend walk in Interview from 19th August, 2014 to 22nd August, 2014. More detailed information is mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : 
1. For post no. 1 & 5 : Graduation or B.C.A/ B.Sc (IT/ CS)
2. For post no. 2,3 :  B.Com in relevant discipline.
3. For post no. 4,6 : 10+2 & Diploma in Computer Application.
4. For post no. 7 : Graduation with Diploma in Computer Application.
5. For post no. 8 : B.E/ B.Tech Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics or M.C.A


Application Fees : Candidates are required to pay Rs. 500 in the form of cash or by DD drawn in favor of Director, NEILIT Chandigarh , payable at Chandigarh.


Selection Process : Selection will be done on the basis of performance in Interview.


How to Apply : Interested Candidates must attend the walk-in Interview along with prescribed application format, passport size photograph , original and attested copies of certificates in support of date of birth, experience, mark sheets etc, held at NIELIT Shimla.
