Educational Qualifications : Candidates must possess First class Masters degree in relevant Natural / Social sciences (or) First class degree in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University (or) Equivalent.

3. Scientist D :- 45 years 
4. Scientist C :- 40 years 
5. Scientist B :- 35 years 
6. Software Engineer :- 40 years 
7. Other Technical Positions :- 35 years 
8. Administrative Positions :- 55 years


Pay Scale : 
1. Scientist F :- Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 GP:8,900/- 
2. Scientist E :- Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 GP:8,700/- 
3. Scientist D :- Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 GP: 7,600/- 
4. Scientist C :- Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 GP: 6,600/- 
5. Scientist B :- Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 GP: 5,400/- 
6. Software Engineer :- Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 GP: 6,600/- 
7. Other Technical Positions :- Rs. 5,200 – 20,200 GP: 1,900/- 
8. Administrative Positions :- Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 GP: 10,000/-
