Karnataka State Police invites Online Applications from Indian nationals to fill up the 1035 vacancies of  Special Reserved Police Constable posts. Interested candidates may fill police Constable Online application form on or before 30th March, 2014. More detailed information is mentioned below.

Name of Posts : Special Reserve Police Constable (Men & Women ) (KSRP) 
Name of the Battalion:
1. 2nd Battalion Belgaum: 189 posts
2. 5th Battalion Mysore: 60 posts
3. 7th Battalion Mangalore: 140 posts
4. 8th Battalion Shimoga: 120 posts
5. 10th Battalion Shiggaon: 150 posts
6. 11th Battalion Hassan: 376 posts


Eligibility Criteria for Police Constable Constable post :

Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years to 25 years as on 30.03.2014. Relaxation to age limit for reserved candidates is applicable as per govt norms.


Educational Qualifications : Candidates should have passed SSLC- CBSE, SSLC-ICSE, SSLC-SSC, SSLC- STATE BOARD, SSLC- Equivalent.


Application Fee : 
1. General ,2A,2B,3A,3B Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/-.
2. SC/ST/CAT-01 & Tribal Candidates need to pay Rs. 100/-.
