Naval Base Post, Visakhapatnam has issued recruitment notification for filling up the 49 vacancies ofCivilian Motor Driver, MTS & Other Posts. Interested Candidates may apply in a prescribed application format on or before 31st March, 2014. The educational qualification , age limit, application fee and other details are provided below.

1. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): 12 Posts
2. Multi Tasking Staff, Erstwhile Peon: 03 Posts
3. Multi Tasking Staff, Erstwhile Chowkidar: 17 Posts
4. Multi Tasking Staff, Erstwhile Safaiwala: 03 Posts
5. Multi Tasking Staff, Erstwhile semiskilled worker-unskilled labour Tradesman Mate: 14 Posts
Eligibility criteria :
Age Limit : Candidates age should not below 18 years and not above 25 years for post no. 1 & 5 and Between 18 years to 27 years for Post no. 2 to 4 as on 24.03.2014.
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ institution with driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles for Sl No 1 and Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ institution for remaining.
Selection process : Selection will be based on the performance in written Examination , Interview/Skill Test.
How to Apply : Candidates can send their application form in plain paper either neatly hand written or typed in prescribed Format, affixed with latest passport size colour photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer in the space provided, 1 self addressed envelope of size 23 x 11 cms duly affixed with Rs. 10/- Postal stamps and by superscribing the envelope as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF__________and CATEGORY_________” and send to The Director General, Office of the Director General Naval Project, Naval Base- Post, Visakhaptnam – 530014 (Andhra Pradesh) on or before 24-03-2014 and 31-03-2014 for candidates residing in remote areas.
