SSC has recently opened the Online gateway for filling SSC Multitasking Staff 2014 form on www.ssconline.nic.in . Every year SSC has conducted SSC MTS Examination in various centres. As we know for any Examination , Syllabus is must.
here on this blog , we are providing complete details of SSC MTS Syllabus 2014, SSC MTS Exam pattern and SSC MTS Exam date as mentioned below.
SSC MTS 2014 Exam pattern : SSC multitasking Staff (MTS 2014) Examination will consist of two papers :
1. Paper-I (Objective type)

2. Paper-II (Descriptive type)

Note : Part- I will consists of Objective Type multiple choice questions. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
SSC MTS Syllabus 2014 :
Paper-I :
1. General Intelligence : Non -verbal type questions. Questions on Similarities & differences, Space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgement, decision making , visual memory, Discriminating observation, relationship, concepts, figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc.
2. English Language : Basics of English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage.
3. Numerical Aptitude : Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.
4. General Awareness : Knowledge of current events and questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research etc.
Paper-II : Candidates will be required to write one short essay / letter in English or any language included in the 8th schedule of Constitution.
