Educational Qualification -
Candidates should be passed 12th class from any recognized board or Institution and diploma in Nursing G.N.M and should be registered with Madhya pradesh
Nursing Medical Council .

1. General & OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- As Application Form Fee .
2. SC / ST Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- As Application form fee .
